Here's a little more about me and this blog. I'm a 24 year old half Japanese and Half Vietnamese girl living in Seattle, WA but originally from Honolulu, HI. If anyone knows me well enough they know I love food and cats very much so. I put 120% effort into things/people I care about and am usually very open and honest about my opinions, although sometimes I wish I would think before I say some things :x I'm friendly and down to earth, if you get to know me I'll make you laugh easily ~ I tend to get along with everyone, but don't rub me the wrong way -.- I'm a Leo ! and yes, I do follow horoscopes thoroughly. I'm an impulsive person too lol (might be a good or bad thing depending on how you want to view it)
As for this blog, I want it to be a consistently high quality lifestyle blog, about anything and everything.

ReplyDeleteI'm also Japanese, from Hawaii and live in Seattle. I always get asked what is the best place for "Hawaiian food" in Seattle. For me Hawaiian food starts with poke or lomi salmon, leads into bbq or mochiko chicken, then saimin to wash it down. Ive lived in Seattle area for 23 years and have yet to find a place that fills my urge to buy a ticket and fly back to Oahu to just eat for the weekend. I'd love to know if you've found a spot that makes you feel like home, your review and see pictures of the food. You could make it a series of blogs "searchin' fo da island foods" or something like that. I look forward to seeing your updates, hopefully run into you at a restaurant one day.
